BGSO is a growing organization comprised of many graduate students of varying cultures, races, and backgrounds. At Carnegie Mellon University, we understand the importance of fellowship in a well-rounded education, and we greatly appreciate support from our community! Are you interested in partnering with us for an event? We have hosted many joint events with other CMU organizations, including NSBE, SHPE, Spirit, CMBAA, and others. We also partner with local Pittsburgh companies and organizations to bring specialized programming to our constituency. For goods and services, such as T-shirts and catering, we look to support local Black owned business, whether they serve the Pittsburgh community or are students within the smaller CMU community. Are you interested in sponsoring one of our events? Sometimes, hosting an event requires a great deal of resources. You can sponsor an event in many ways:

• Be a guest speaker

• Be a dedicated mentor

• Volunteer your specialized services

• Organize a group of volunteers to help out

• Provide supplies, materials, and/or merchandise

• Provide monetary support
