BGSO aims to curate events that serve the organization's members as well as the greater Carnegie Mellon University and Pittsburgh communities. We want to reflect the voices, attitudes, and perspectives of our constituency through our events, so please be vocal with your comments and suggestions. BGSO hosts a monthly General Body Meeting in which members are encouraged to attend, fellowship with others, discuss current events, and openly express their thoughts and feelings.

Details: Come out to the intercollegiate graduate student welcome back event of the year! Meet new friends and reconnect with old ones with food, music, and games. In collaboration with CMU: Black Graduate Student Organization (BGSO), AfroGSA, Tepper Black Business Association (BBA), Tepper African Business Collective (ABC); UPitt: Black Law Student Association (BLSA), Pan African Graduate and Professional Association (PanAf), and Latin American Graduate Organization of Students (LAGOS). Bring a blanket or a chair and see you there!
